Julie and I decided to try out some of the local ingredients last night.  Behold, garlic butter mushroom scallop pasta!

    Mmmmm – looks good. Are those Enoki mushrooms? Are they really crispy, as I read in one description? How about after cooking? I wonder if I could find any at Eagle?
