Raw Fish Market

While in Busan we wanted to go to the fish market since we had heard it was the largest in Korea.  More specifically, the goal was to eat some delicious and fresh sashimi (raw fish).

Well, it doesn’t get much more fresh than this.  Behind our table was an aquarium.  I naively assumed it was sort of like a 3D menu, but it turned out to be our actual dinner.  The fish you see in the videos were prepared ten feet behind us in an open room.

No part of the fish went to waste. The bones and head were made into this soup that was served at the end of our meal.

Brandon and Taka looking full.
